I’d like to share this delicious and quick chicken recipe with you.
Yesterday I knew we were having chicken for dinner, but I wanted a fresh recipe.
So I did some browsing and found this easy recipe ‘Sauteed Chicken in Mustard Cream Sauce’ on the Martha Stewart website
It took me under an hour, I already had all the ingredients and it was delicious. I just added a squeeze of lemon juice into the sauce to give it some tang.
I served my chicken dish with rice and a garden salad – and all the Fennell family loved it (Yay – a rare winning dish that everyone likes)!
We even had leftovers for school lunches (and work lunches)!
Ps. I’ve also made a very similar version of this in my slow cooker (same ingredients, but the chicken cooks in the sauce) – also very good.
