Three things I LOVE about slow cooking:
3. Tender meat, so full of flavour. Deserving of a new word: yumenishable
2. Take the pressure of the evening meal preparation. Just pop on some rice/pasta or nothing else. Just dish up – people!
1. The ultimate best thing I love is the smell/aroma that fills your house. Cooking and eating is highly sensory & slow cooking really works your sense of smell.
ps. The Rosy family will be devouring slow cooked lamb tonight, drizzled with homemade chutney and a quick crisp-up in the oven just before serving.
