A Mosh Pit for the minis

Today we found a Mosh Pit for kids.  AKA a Jumping Pillow.

There’s a new one at Broadwater Parklands on the Gold Coast.

We discovered it on the busiest day of the week.  When we got there there was only a bazillion kids on it.  Good time to throw ours in I say.

It was all fun and games for a while there: moshing, arms in the air, jumping to the beat.  Hang on – that’s me having a flashback.

Back to today: On the Jumping Pillow there was similar stuff going on: moshing, bouncing, sit-downs, one leg in air’s, turntables, accidental backflips and somersaults.

And the good old double bounceI LOVE the double bounce.  It’s my favourite move.  Until my three year old gets double bounced by a 12 year old.  Not pretty.  Luckily this three year old is a tough nut.  She was up and back moshing before I could count to three.

If you live on the Gold Coast, go and check it out.  At your own risk and that of your children of course.

Ps.  DO NOT go on a Sunday.  There’s bucket fulls of CRAZY on the bouncy pillow of colour.

Love and all that, Amy x
